Persons who want to obtain the Ashta Siddhis and Nava Nidhis and obtain great wealth through legal and lawful means and to use the ashta siddhis and nava nidhis obtained for helping others and for religious/divine purposes only, they should recite the 31st Chaupayi of Sri Hanuman Chalisa starting the parayan on Thursdays and Saturdays, 1008 times continuously for 1 mandalam (48 days) during Brahma Muhurtham time (4.00AM to 6.00AM).
They should start the vrat/parayan by first praying to Lord Ganapathy, then their Kul Devta and then light a Jasmine Oil (Chameli Oil) Lamp and offer Tulsi Leaf Mala (or) Betal Leaf Mala to Lord Hanuman and then pray to Lord Sri Rama & Goddess Seetha Devi by chanting Sri Ram Jaya Ram Jaya Jaya Ram 1008 times and then start the recital of the 31st Chaupayi 1008 times.
At the end of the parayan offer Curd Rice (with black grapes), Vada Mala, Pongal to Lord Hanuman as Prasad and complete your parayan for the day. It is better to consult a learned Vedic scholar for getting details of the procedures and pooja vidhis.
