Persons who are interested in avoiding the cyle of birth and death should with absolute sincerity, self belief, personal cleanliness & mental purity and love and affection towards Goddess Parvathi (the divine consort of Lord Shiva) chant the 8th Sloka of Soundarya Lahari composed by Sri Adi Shankara 108 times, during Brahma Muhurtha time (4.00AM to 6.00AM).
They should start the parayan on Fridays to obtain the grace of the goddess and continue the practice.
